Das Juice is a low-intervention natural wine label built around bright, juicy, drink-now reds and whites from McLaren Vale, South Australia. The 2023 Red is a whole-bunch-influenced blend off the organic Yangarra vineyard at the top of the Vale, made with carbonic maceration, no fining or filtration and only a touch of sulphur at bottling. It is vegan-friendly and squarely in the easy-drinking, chillable natural-red camp.
