A handmade preserve from Cuttaway Creek, a thirty-acre farm at Mittagong in the NSW Southern Highlands established in 2002. Made with fresh, hand-picked rhubarb and ginger sourced from Buderim, Queensland, using 100% Australian-grown fruit with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Tart rhubarb is balanced by warming fresh and crystallised ginger and a lift of lemon.
