A small-batch, co-fermented Shiraz Viognier from Charlish & Co, sourced from the Borrett family vineyards in Langhorne Creek. Wild-yeast fermented, three weeks on skins and aged ten months in seasoned French oak, then hand-bottled onsite unfined and unfiltered. Note: the store tag references Barossa, but the producer and all retailers list this as Langhorne Creek fruit.
