Champagne Collet Brut is the signature non-vintage cuvee from Maison Collet in Ay, one of Champagne's oldest cooperatives (est. 1921). An assemblage of over 100 crus completed with around 25-35% reserve wines and aged a minimum of three years in chalk cellars, it blends all three Champagne varieties for a fresh, refined style. A versatile aperitif Champagne that also suits the table.

Tasting notes

Bright gold with fine bubbles; white flowers, lemon zest, quince, pear and white peach with toasted brioche and light pastry; fresh, crisp and long.
