LANTANA - GIN 500ML
Unconventional gin. Made from scratch, in a shed in a sugarcane paddock, using biodynamic farming practices and spontaneous, wild fermentation.
This gin is pot distilled from fresh sugar cane juice, with botanicals that include Lantana, Tasmanian pepper berry and Finger Limes from behind the post office.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS - GIN AND TONIC
- fill a short rocks glass with ice
- add 30mL of Lantana Gin
- add a good slice of lemon
- garnish with a sprig of rosemary
- top with 60mL of quality, dry tonic water (or soda)
SERVING SUGGESTION - GIMLET
- chill a cocktail glass with ice
- shake 60mL of Lantana Gin with 30mL fresh lime juice and 15mL of sugar syrup
- remove ice from the cocktail glass and fine strain
- garnish with a Lantana lead and a lime wheel
