DELIVERY & RETURNS
For the time being, we are shipping only to most of Queensland*, New South Wales and Victoria using a variety of carriers.
- Orders below $120 will have a flat fee of $10.00
- Orders above $120 will have a nil delivery charge
*It can be expensive to deliver to the Pilbara and North Queensland as well as Northern Territory, South and West Australia. But if you’re really keen, please contact us at hello@quincecellar.com and we’ll let you know how much to deliver to your area.
There is a provision to detail any specific instructions at the point of check out.
Once we have processed the order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will contain a link and tracking number for the shipment.
Orders will be despatched on the day following the day of the order unless the order is placed on the weekend, and in such case, it will be despatched on the following Monday. Similarly, if an order is received on a public holiday, it will be despatched on the 2nd business day after that.
The option will be given at checkout to provide ‘authority to leave’ if no one is available to receive a package. If the authority to leave is given and no one is available, the courier will leave in a location as discreet as possible.
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before shipping. To modify your order, please email hello@quincecellar.com with your purchase details.
If an order is placed before 10 am, it can be picked up between 2 and 4pm at Quince Fromagerie Cellar, shop 5, 570 Gold Coast Hwy, Tugun.
We’re so sorry but at the moment, we are only delivering within the Eastern states of Australia. If you are desperate, however, contact us at hello@quincecellar.com and we’ll see if how we could try and help out.
We love all the products that we sell, but some can be very sensitive to the surrounding environment and perishable if not taken care of. Accordingly, we do not offer change of mind refunds.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement for either any major failure of a product or if the product fails to be of acceptable quality. If you receive a damaged product or you feel it is faulty, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, please contact us (within 14 days) via email with your proof of purchase at hello@quincecellar.com and we will happily organise a replacement/refund. Our return address is 5/570 Gold Coast Hwy, Tugun QLD 4224, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
