Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have a current residential address in Australia.
1.2. Employees of Quince Cellar and their immediate family members are eligible to participate in the draw.
1.3. By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. To enter the competition, participants must spend a minimum of $100 in a single purchase at Quince Cellar, either in-store or online.
2.2. For every $100 spent in a single purchase, participants will receive one entry into the draw. For example, a $200 purchase in one transaction will result in two entries.
2.3. Cumulative purchases that total $100 or more (e.g., $30 today and $70 tomorrow) do not qualify for an entry; the amount must be spent in a single transaction.
2.4. There are no exclusions on specific products; all purchases of $100 or more in a single transaction qualify for entry.
2.5. To be eligible for each weekly draw, purchases must be made by Friday at 12:00 PM (AEST) of that respective week. For example, to be included in the first draw, purchases must be made by 12:00 PM on Friday, 4th October, and similarly for each subsequent weekly draw.
2.6. To be eligible for the final grand prize draw, purchases must be made by Saturday, 16th November 2024, at 12:00 PM (AEST).
3. Competition Timeline
3.1. The competition begins on 27th September 2024 and ends on 16th November 2024.
3.2. Weekly draws will take place every Friday at 4:00 PM (AEST) from 4th October to 8th November 2024.
3.3. The final grand prize draw will occur on Saturday, 16th November 2024, at 4:00 PM (AEST).
4. Prizes
4.1. Weekly Prizes:
One winner will receive a pack of 12 Quince + Callaway golf balls each week. Once a participant wins a weekly prize, they will no longer be eligible for any future weekly draws. However, all entries accumulated during the competition period will still count towards the grand prize draw.
4.2. Grand Prize:
A golf set valued at $1700, consisting of:
• 2x golf clubs
• 1x pack of 12 Quince + Callaway golf balls
• 1x umbrella
• 1x golf bag
4.3. Entry Rules for Weekly and Grand Prize Draws:
• If a participant wins a weekly prize, they will be excluded from subsequent weekly draws. However, all their entries, including those for the weeks they were excluded from, will still count towards the grand prize draw.
• For example, if a participant spends $100 in the first week, they will have 1 entry for that week's draw. If they spend another $100 in the second week, they will have 2 total entries for the second week’s draw.
• If the participant wins the second week’s prize, they will no longer be eligible for future weekly draws, but their 2 entries will still be counted towards the grand prize draw.
• If the participant then spends an additional $500 in the fourth week, they will receive 5 more entries for the grand prize draw, bringing their total to 7 entries.
4.4. Non-Transferability:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
5. Draw Details
5.1. Winners for the weekly and grand prize draws will be selected randomly using the online tool Wheel of Namesbased on the entries accumulated during the competition period.
5.2. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can have, as long as they meet the entry requirements stated in Section 2.
5.3. To be eligible for a particular week's draw, purchases must be made by Friday at 12:00 PM (AEST) of the respective week. For the final grand prize draw, purchases must be made by Saturday, 16th November, at 12:00 PM (AEST).
5.4. Weekly draws will be conducted every Friday at 4:00 PM (AEST), and the final grand prize draw will take place on Saturday, 16th November 2024, at 4:00 PM (AEST).
5.5. Draws will be conducted by a representative of Quince Cellar, and all decisions are final.
6. Prize Distribution
6.1. Winners will be notified via email after each draw.
6.2. To claim their prize, winners must respond to the confirmation email within 7 days of receiving it, presenting the email as proof of winning.
6.3. If the winner resides in the Gold Coast, they must collect their prize from Quince Cellar. If the winner is outside the Gold Coast, the prize will be delivered to their provided address.
6.4. If a weekly prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the stipulated 7-day period, the prize will be forfeited and will remain the property of Quince Cellar.
6.5. If the grand prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the stipulated 7-day period, a new draw will be conducted (excluding the previous winner's entries) two weeks after the initial grand prize draw on November 16th.
7. General Conditions
7.1. Quince Cellar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Quince Cellar is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or disruptions that may affect the competition or the entry process.
7.3. All entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions. Any entries that do not comply may be disqualified.
7.4. Any disputes relating to the competition will be resolved at the sole discretion of Quince Cellar.
8. Promotional Usage
8.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the prize draw, including but not limited to the use of their name, image, and likeness in marketing materials and social media posts.
8.2. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
