TASTING NOTES
Brilliant pale lemon colour. Aromas of yellow stone fruits, stony minerals and a hint of fresh sea breeze. On the palate, topical fruits and stony minerals balanced with a mouthwatering acidity. Long finish, refreshing.
15-25 year old vines. Fermented for 16-20 days. Aged 6 months on its fine lees.

ABOUT
Rías Baixas is Spain’s most North-Western winegrowing region, named after the coastal valleys, ‘rías’, which stretch up to 30km inland. Vineyards are almost exclusively planted with the local Albariño grape. Gotas de Mar translates from Spanish as ‘Drops of the Sea’.
