Dukkah is a blend of roasted hazelnuts seasoned with strong aromatics and toasted sesame seeds. The most popular way to eat dukkah as a snack is to dip crusty bread into olive oil and then into dukkah.
The perfect seasoning for soft boiled or fried eggs, grilled cheese or vegetables, grilled liver, chicken, fish or salads.
