TASTING NOTES
Sud de Frank is a collaboration between winemaker Jared Dixon (Jilly Wines) and Dan Graham (Sigurd Wines). This delicious number is a blend of mostly cool-climate Chardonnay, with a little Arinto and a small addition of Fino Sherry. A mouthwatering texture that is bright, rich, with a crisp and tight acidity.
Biodynamic fruit, wild fermented, whole pressed to stainless steel tanks and old French barriques. Stored in oak and tank with a small amount of lees stirring. Filtered at bottling.
