TASTING NOTES
With a bright lick of acidity, and a generous savoury palate. Lots of Raspberries and blood plum aromas and a hint of earthy forest floor.
The grapes were handpicked, destemmed and naturally fermented using indigenous yeast and matured in 25% new French oak for 6 months.
Unfined and unfiltered.

Overlooking the valley floor at around 150m above sea level, and just 10km from the waters of St Vincent Gulf, the Orbis Vineyard is one of the coolest and highest in the McLaren Vale Wine region.
