This wine is lifted, juicy and tensive. Vegan, unfined, unfiltered.
Organically farmed grapes that have been hand-harvested, partially destemmed, crushed and macerated with the inclusion of 20% whole cluster and stems for 22 days. Matured in old Hungarian hogshead for 11 months.
