In our vineyards, we practice dry-farming by natural means. They are densely planted (9,000 plants per hectare) with ancient vines hold up by stakes in chestnut wood.
From one of this vineyards, on Mt Etna's Northern slopes, we harvest the grapes for this wine, of which we made 9,464 bottles and 150 magnums.
