ABOUT
A blend of pinot noir grapes from three vineyard sites which truly captures the essence of the Yarra Valley. Each vineyard brings a different element to the wine, with the overall theme beingbright fleshy fruit.
The three vineyards are:
Upper Ngumby, Steels Creek
Gist, Christmas Hills
Willowlake, Gladysdale
Each vineyard parcel of fruit is kept separate in the winery before and after fermentation. The wine is matured in barrel for six months before I bring the best of all the vineyards together to blend a deliciously succulent wine.
