TASTING NOTES
This nose is delicate, floral. There is a mixture of lime blossom accompanied by vanilla, fresh hazelnut and then citrus notes.
The mouth is refreshing with a good length then a resumption of citrus and truffle touches in the back of the mouth which reflect the lightness of this Chardonnay.
Aged in stainless steel. Aged 4-6 years on lees.

It was grandfather Georges Carreau who started this beautiful story by producing champagne for the first time in 1932; followed by Emile Brocard, Henri Brocard then Pierre Brocard, Thibaud's father.
The latter took over the reins of the estate under the watchful eye of his father in 2012. He leads a viticulture of conviction: responsible and sustainable. A step for the future of the Earth and our children. Under no label or charter, but nevertheless with the greatest respect and the greatest reflection, Thibaud Brocard makes the decisions that will make his wine one of the purest possible.
