A beautiful rosé with pale fruit, fresh and balanced. The fruit is crunchy on the nose (clementine). Intense freshness and great aromatic elegance in this blend of Grenache and Syrah. It is a wine of gluttony and pleasure. At the same time mineral, lively, complex and elegant.

The vineyard of Château Roubine, bordered by a circle of pines and oaks, located in one piece in the heart of the Var between Verdon and the Mediterranean, offers by the great diversity of its thirteen grape varieties, its natural drainage ("roubine" means "stream" in Provençal), by its ideal east/west orientation, by its clay-limestone soil, the privileged conditions for the production of high quality wines.
