TERRE NERRE CAMPIGLI VALLONE - BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO 2015
TASTING NOTES
The Brunello di Montalcino Terre Nere docg represents the full expression of Sangiovese, the typical ruby red color tending to garnet reflects the tradition of this vine.
Wine with good structure, elegant and fine, it has a soft and silky tannic texture. It expresses aromas of quite ripe red fruits with light menthol notes and hints of tobacco. Equipped with a good acidity that predisposes it to a long period of aging in the bottle.
Open the bottle one hour before serving, preferably if delicately decanted.
It is ideal to accompany game, red meats, succulent first courses and aged cheeses.
Aged 3 years in large Slavonian oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle.

ABOUT
Our grapes are carefully selected manually in the vineyard, several harvests are carried out when necessary, in order to obtain the perfect ripeness for each small plot of vine that is vinified individually.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts, with analytical and tasting controls. Long macerations with the skins give life to "the song of the vats"
Large Slavonian oak barrels store our wines for long refinements, a few months for the Rosso di Montalcino up to 48 months for the Riserva, preserving the identity of a unique territory
We promote biodiversity, using techniques such as the protection of beneficial insects, mulching, green manure, fertilization with manure and the use of natural products, which allows us to maintain the relationship with the surrounding habitat (organic certificates in the vineyard and cellar)
