CASCINA RABAGLIO - BARBARESCO 2016
Barbaresco ages in French oak barrels and then put in large Slavonian toasted oak barrels where the barrel flavour is softened by the fragrant and original tastes. For a few month months in bottles stored horizontally. Barbaresco assumes a ruby-red color. As the wine ages it can develop smoky notes, and a light and delicate raspberry and violet flavours. Relatively light in color and body, but very well structured and aromatic.
