The Simon Johnson Panettone is rich with dried fruits and spices and has a high butter content. It is light with a melt in your mouth quality. The fantastic aroma and delicate flavour are due to a mother yeast which has been renewed every day for over 80 years. The perfect gift-size (1kg or 100g) of their classic red hat box – originally created in Milan in 1490. Panettone is a sweet bread, stuffed with candied fruit (particularly citrus) and raisin.
